MiracleCord reserves the right to modify or terminate your access to the Client Login portal for any reason, without notice, at any time, and without liability to you.
MiracleCord does not guarantee that stem cell transplantation is effective or that your baby’s cord blood or cord tissue will be medically useful. Although we believe in the promise of cord tissue and cord blood banking and anticipate that cord tissue and cord blood transplantation will be used to treat an increasing number of disorders, we do not guarantee that cord blood or cord tissue is useful for the treatment of any particular disorder, or that your banked unit will be useful or viable for transplantation. The appropriate use of cord tissue and cord blood stem cells is a matter for your physician to determine.
In order to participate in MiracleCord’s cord blood banking service you must complete our enrollment process. Unless you enroll with us for cord tissue or cord blood banking we make no representations or warranties about our service. If you do choose to enroll, or if you purchase the gift of cord blood banking for someone else, we make only those representations and warranties contained in the Client Agreement. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, exclusive of its choice of law rules. This agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between us with respect to the subject matter of these Terms of Use.
You understand and agree that as a result of your use of this site and interest in MiracleCord that MiracleCord may communicate with you by means of any of email, text messaging (message frequency varies per user and message and data rates may apply), telephone or written communication. You have the right to opt out of such communications by using that means of communication you wish to stop at any time: (i) a reply to a MiracleCord email with "STOP" in the subject line; (ii) a text “STOP” in response to a MiracleCord text; (iii) a call to MiracleCord customer service at 1-888-743-2673; or (iv) by letter to MiracleCord at 875 N Michigan Ave, Ste 3100, Chicago, IL 60611.
